About the Vcodes Team
Vcodes CPS Ltd is a software and services provider for integrated video preparation solutions. Vcodes designs and develops automation systems for video content preparation required mainly by Video-on-Demand and Archival type applications.
Vcodes was founded by people with rich digital media backgrounds, as a result of identifying a real need for better, customized solutions for automating content preparation in the video broadcast industries.

customized and integrated turnkey projects to deliver
complete, automated content preparation workflows.
Management
Jacob Azran, CEO and co-founder.
Has over 10 years of international business management experience; Previously he was president of Orbotech S.A. He was a veteran in the company who has held several senior management positions at Orbotech's subsidiaries worldwide.
David Gardi, Europe Managing Director.
Holds an M.Sc degree in High Speed Networking and Distributed Systems and a B.Sc degree in Software Engineering. After 2 years in Dell's networking division, David joined Alcatel-Lucent where he soon became responsible for the delivery and management of several IPTV projects for major telecommunication companies world-wide.
Lior Bahr, VP Professional Services and co-founder.
Has over 15 years of experience in the field of video applications for the TV broadcast industry. His work included consulting, research and design of video related solutions.
